Abstract

Perean Village in Baturiti District, Tabanan, has strong economic potential in the agricultural and trade sectors, but faces challenges in business development due to the lack of business innovation and a digital marketing strategy. The Perean village-owned enterprise (BUMDES), which plays a role as a driver of the local economy, experiences obstacles in business innovation and digital marketing strategies. To address this issue, Bali State Polytechnic (PNB) conducted an innovative entrepreneurship and digital marketing training program aimed at enhancing the business skills and competitiveness of local businesses. This training aims to teach innovative entrepreneurship and digital marketing strategy through social media, websites, and e-commerce, enabling villagers to develop their businesses and reach a wider market. In addition, strengthening the capacity of BUMDes through a professional, transparent, and innovation-based management system is the main focus in increasing the effectiveness of village businesses. This training aims to enable BUMDes and its members in Perean Village to adapt to digital developments, expand the market, and improve community welfare. This community service is relevant to measure the impact of training on village economic growth and as a reference for other villages in managing their economic potential more optimally.
