- Abstract
The breakthrough of artificial intelligence technology has an impact on the design concept and creative strategy of contemporary clothing art, which also leads to the discussion of artistic digestion, subjectivity loss and technical anxiety of generative works. The fundamental reason lies in the misunderstanding of body concept and man-machine relationship. By taking Merleau-Ponty’s perceptual phenomenology as the theoretical entrance and method support of the research, it shows that artificial intelligence technology is integrated into the “body schema” to form an intelligent embodied relationship with human beings, and shows the transformation of clothing experience mode in the context of digital intelligence from three aspects: perceptual synaesthesia effect, perceptual field construction and virtual space invasion. Based on philosophical reflection, this paper clarifies the “body turn” of contemporary fashion design concept, and opens up a way topromote the renewal of aesthetic discourse.
