Practice Exploration of Intelligent Construction Management System in Large-Scale Construction Projects

Abstract

With the digital transformation of construction engineering, traditional construction management is unable to meet the needs of large-scale projects due to outdated information and inefficient decision-making. This article adopts the technical details of AI algorithms (such as YOLOv5 object detection) and IoT devices (such as LoRa sensors), introduces case studies such as the A new comprehensive building project to verify the universality of the system, analyzes implementation challenges (such as data security and system integration), and proposes future research directions such as cloud edge collaboration and digital twin generation. This system improves information transmission efficiency by 85%, data collection accuracy by 98%, reduces accident occurrence rate by 85%, and timely rectification rate of hidden dangers by 96%. It provides experience for digital management of engineering and proposes system optimization directions to promote continuous upgrading.
