Abstract

They researched flipped learning, a method in which students learn new material outside of the classroom and the classroom time is spent on applying. This teaching model, has proved to be effective in a wide range of educational environments, relying on the skills and capacities of teachers as well as the pedagogical methodologies delivered and the format of learning environment. These factors are found to have a statistically significant positive relationship with the overall effectiveness of flipped learning, further underscoring the importance for educators to develop appropriate pedagogical tools and environments that support learning. Educational policymakers and administrators may benefit from these findings as they work toward helping teachers become more proficient with the flipped learning approach so that instruction is better designed.
