- Abstract
Investor trust shapes deal flow, cost of capital, and the pace at which projects break ground in Ghana. This paper reframes an ARCATU 2025 keynote into a perspective on what drives investor confidence and what Ghana can change in the next 12–24 months. It presents five pillars: clear and predictable rules, reliable digital and physical networks, a steady talent pipeline, market signals that reward low‑carbon ventures, and practical public–private alliances. It points to current steps such as the Office of the Registrar of Companies portal, the national PPP policy, and renewable‑energy tax treatment, while flagging gaps in connectivity and the ease of doing business. The paper closes with a 10‑step checklist focused on measurable actions.
