Abstract

The incorporation of the Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education has turned Learning Management Systems (LMS) into the tools of delivering and assessing the content into the tools that focus on helping teachers to develop and building stronger teacher-student relationships. The given paper examines the ways in which AI-based LMS can transform the teaching profession and provide it with data-driven insights, real-time feedback, and sophisticated analytics. These systems will help teachers to develop better strategies of instruction, classroom management, and engagement with students. The AI, through the study of personal learning patterns, will allow educators to foresee challenges to create specific intervention patterns, thus developing more flexible and effective teaching behavior. Within the framework of professional development, AI-based LMS offer life-long learning by way of personalized recommendations, performance dashboards, and collaborative functionality that promote reflective practice. These tools can also enable the teachers to track their progress, improve their abilities, and keep up with changing educational standards. Moreover, AI provides more information about emotional, cognitive and behavioral aspects of students, and helps to create more robust teacher student relationships. This creates an inclusive and encouraging teaching/learning atmosphere that is founded on trust and respect. Finally, AI-based LMS are strong forces of teacher empowerment and relationship-building, as they become relevant factors in determining the future of education.
