Abstract

We describe a novel artificial intelligence (AI) framework using the T5 neural network coupled with the SpaCy natural language processing library to contribute to Grammar and Speech analysis. By combining the power of T5 model (Text-to-Text Transfer Transformer) in transfer learning with SpaCy’s fast and effective tokenization and linguistic features, the framework deals with more complex challenges in multimodal NLP. It can enhance scalability, real-time adaptability, and improve speech-text synergy. Some practical applications where semantic similarity can be used could include automated transcription, advanced grammar correction, sentiment analysis, and expressive text-to-speech conversion. The framework comes with the promise of having the ability to be fine-tuned, adapted to domain-specific language, and a feature that helps you avoid bias in real-world implications. This framework facilitates research at the intersection of methodological sophistication and accessibility of open-source tools, potentially elevating the standard for innovation in AI-powered language analysis.
