- Abstract
Due to the rapidly growing field of cloud computing and its adoption in healthcare services by the government, robust frameworks are required to ensure scalability, resilience, and security. This study proposes a holistic Secure G-Cloud Framework for scalable and resilient government healthcare systems. This study utilizes promising technologies such as blockchain, AI, and zero-trust to aid detection and has been validated, unlike previous works which have no empirical validation, only focus on security or scalability aspect. The model guarantees uniform interoperability, functionality at low costs with real-time processing capabilities while complying with global data governance standards. The framework addresses the challenges of operational feasibility, dynamic resource allocation, and advanced cybersecurity by integrating multi-dimensional evaluation metrics and stakeholder-inclusive design. The research is corroborated with implementation case studies, showcasing its versatility and applicability in various healthcare settings. Its future-ready approach enables governments to provide efficient, secure, scalable healthcare services worldwide.
