Abstract

As digital ecosystems rapidly expand, so too do the need for scalable and intelligent stakeholder engagement solutions. First, although current literature discusses artificial intelligence (AI) in engagement strategies, it does not provide a multi-layered strategy, empirical validation, or industry-specific implementation. A Scalable AI-Driven and Empowering Stakeholder Engagement Platform for Multi-Layer Pre-reading: A Scalable AI-Driven and Empowering Stakeholder Engagement Platform for Multi-Layer Pre-14 Read Next 15. This framework integrates AI automation, real-time analytics, and ethical AI principles to provide efficient, unbiased, and transparent stakeholder interactions. This research takes AI-driven engagement beyond politics and the media to the corporate, healthcare, finance and smart city domains. It also tackles scalability, computing efficiency, and ethical AI governance so that the platform can stay trustworthy, adaptable, and sustainable. The framework showcases improved stakeholder communication, decision-making efficacy, and optimized engagement strategies are validated through empirical and real-world application emerged as a central strength of the framework proposed in this study. This study aims to connect the theoretical AI engagement frameworks with practical implementation among various sectors.
