Abstract

Ideological and political education is the lifeline of all work, and humanistic care is the core of Ideological and political education. Miners are the main force of China’s coal enterprises. The particularity of their work determines that they must give humanistic care in the process of Ideological and political education. At present, the subject and object of Ideological and political education in state-owned mining enterprises with humanistic care lack good interaction, and the educational effect is greatly reduced. This paper traces the problems of various subjects of Ideological and political education in mining enterprises, helps mining enterprises build a corporate culture with humanistic care, and improves enterprise efficiency.
