Abstract

Case law between The New York Times (NYT) versus OpenAI and Microsoft raises problem urge about harmony between progress AI technology and protection right creation in the era of intelligence artificial. Study This use method study law normative with approach Constitution And conceptual, analyzing secondary data from regulation legislation, literature law, and source tertiary. Question study focused on protection right create work journalism in the digital era, impact AI technology against right creative in the media industry, limitations use content without permission by AI, as well adaptation law right create to innovation technology. Results study show that right create Still role important in protect work journalism in the digital age, however AI technology gives rise to challenge significant.
