Abstract

Public service is one of the main roles of state administration, oriented towards fulfilling the needs of the community. In the context of decentralized autonomy or regional government, the Regional Development Bank (BPD) not only acts as a regional financial body but also as a means in the process of providing public services, especially in basic banking services, distribution of social assistance, and regional financial management. This study examines how BPD Bali, as a concrete manifestation of the regional government, carries out its function in providing inclusive, transparent, and innovative public services, and can overcome various challenges that arise in the context of public administration. Digital banking transformation has penetrated the entire banking industry. Digital evolution changes the way people or users conduct transactions. Although digitalization has a positive impact that can facilitate its users, digitalization also presents challenges that must be faced. The purpose of this study is to analyze the process of public service, decentralization, and public service innovation in relation to the evolution of digital transformation and the growth and development applied to the banking industry of the Regional Development Bank (BPD) Bali. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach.Systematic Literature Review.Data were obtained from literature references, books, scientific, and official institutional reports. The findings of this study reveal the important role of public service innovation, such as the management of every organization, political organization, and social organization. In encouraging direct interaction between the community and the government. BPD banking has an impact on economic growth in Bali, the development of the times has resulted in the banking world having to develop and innovate, one of which is adopting digital transformation that has had an impact on BPD Bali bank with an increasing number of customers and income from regional assets each year. With the development of technology, BPD Bali bank provides digital services.
