- Abstract
Parkinson’s disease (PD) is a neurodegenerative disease that affects the elderly. The global prevalence of PD is increasing year by year, causing serious harm to patients and families. PD is a complex mechanism resulting from the combined effects of multiple factors. This article reviews the pathogenesis of PD.
