- Abstract
With the continuous improvement of consumer health awareness and the further increase in personalized demand, the development and application of flavonoid plant resources have gradually become a market hotspot. This article provides an overview of the types of flavonoids and their distribution in different plants, emphasizing their potential application value in the pharmaceutical and food industries. Subsequently, consumer psychological driving factors were analyzed, and business innovation response strategies were proposed in conjunction with AI technology, laying a solid foundation for enterprises to achieve sustainable development.
