- Abstract
Currently, the world is facing a global crisis related to the environment and economy, which has become the backdrop for competition among companies in building sustainable businesses. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine how green economy implementation strategies can improve company competitiveness from the consumer perspective. This study employs qualitative research using a descriptive method through a case study approach on the company Grab. Generation Z consumers who have used Grab Electric services serve as the sample in this study, selected through purposive sampling. Data collection techniques were conducted through informal and open interviews to generate primary data sources. The results of the study indicate that the green economy strategies implemented by Grab are considered capable of improving operational efficiency, strengthening the company's image, and providing a competitive advantage in the market. The findings of this study are expected to assist companies in determining, maintaining, and developing green economy implementation strategies to enhance their competitiveness. The results of this research are anticipated to provide actionable information for organizations implementing green economy strategies, improving competitive advantage, and enhancing customer engagement, while also contributing to existing literature within the scholarly space that addresses sustainable management practices.
