Abstract

Juvenile delinquency has shown a rapid increase in recent years, and juvenile delinquency is closely linked to the path of development. Juvenile delinquency caused by different reasons also requires different solutions. The problem of juvenile delinquency has attracted the attention of scholars all over the world and has obtained notable findings in theoretical research, but the research methods and perspectives are still relatively one-sided, and only a very few scholars have analyzed the relationship between different factors in the develop path. This paper concludes the family background, such as income and family structure on juvenile delinquency, as well as juvenile growing up in the path of transgressive peers on their psychological and physiological impact. Based on the research of other scholars, this paper suggests the following: the scientificization of family education and the government’s intervention and interference in the Internet use of adolescents.
