- Abstract
This essay studies the role and challenges of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology in promoting personalized learning in the field of education. This essay believes that AI can promote precision teaching through adaptive platforms, improve the quality of teaching through learning analysis and feedback mechanisms, act as an intelligent virtual tutor, and enhance learning interest based on personalized recommendation mechanisms. However, some challenges also exist. For example, the use of AI platforms may involve privacy violations, aggravate educational inequality caused by the digital divide, involve algorithmic bias, and challenge the role of teachers. Therefore, this essay puts forward corresponding suggestions, that is, in the future, it is necessary to further strengthen data privacy protection in education, which ensure ethical compliance, promote the fair development of AI education, improve the transparency of algorithms, reshape the role of teachers, and promote human-machine collaboration. This essay believes that the optimal application of AI in the field of education cannot be separated from the joint efforts of multiple parties. Only in this way can AI truly become a driving force for change in the field of education.
