- Abstract
This study examines the influence of organizational culture and business ethics on employee commitment and their implications for employee performance in the LPG industry and retail agents in Indonesia. Using a descriptive and explanatory approach, data were collected from 205 employees through proportionate cluster random sampling and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results show that both organizational culture and business ethics have positive and significant effects on employee commitment, both partially and simultaneously. Furthermore, employee commitment positively and significantly influences employee performance. The findings highlight that organizational culture and ethical business practices play an essential role in strengthening employee commitment and improving overall performance in the LPG sector, emphasizing the need for strong organizational values, integrity, and ethical behavior to support sustainable performance and competitiveness.
