- Abstract
Analyzing data from 336 employees across two stages, this study reveals that servant leadership positively influences helping behavior. Employee duty orientation mediates the relationship between servant leadership and helping behavior. Genuine service attribution strengthens the positive impact of servant leadership on duty orientation, whereas insincere service attribution weakens this relationship. Theoretical and practical implications are discussed.
