- Abstract
Objective. In response to the challenges of global governance, discuss how the Communist Party of China has advanced the Sinicization of Marxist constitutional theory through self-revolution and taken the path of building a three-dimensional rule of law (building a constitutional discourse system, improving the system of regional ethnic autonomy, building a community of rule of law education) to enhance the sense of community of the Chinese people and contribute Chinese wisdom and solutions to humanity.
Subjects and Methods. Focusing on the interaction between the Party’s self-revolution and the entire process of people’s democracy, with the Sinicization of Marxist constitutional theory as the core. Based on the classic works of Marxism, through theoretical analysis and case studies, discuss the voting system for “Anti-terrorism and Human Rights Balance in Xinjiang” and “People’s Livelihood Projects in Xizang”, and construct theoretical models through comparative methods.
Results. 1. Theoretical innovation: The establishment of a model of “Party self-revolution leading the transformation of the rule of law” in order to explore the intrinsic mechanism of the modernization of the rule of law. 2. Practical breakthroughs: Xinjiang has achieved remarkable results in combating terrorism and safeguarding personal rights (violence and terrorism cases have dropped by 97%, demonstrating the effectiveness of the state in combating terrorism), and Xizang has verified through people’s livelihood voting that better democracy and self-governance are the best way to combat extremism and safeguard inter-ethnic rights. 3. Civilisational contribution: New initiatives such as “right to survival first” and “bilingual litigation” to solve the world’s “security-freedom” paradox and promote peaceful development and fair and just world rule of law.
Conclusions. The Party promotes the rule of law through self-revolution and opens up a new path for global governance. It is suggested that in deepening the integration mechanism of Marxist theory with ethnic customary law in the future, the effectiveness of the revision of intra-Party regulations and the implementation of the voting system for ethnic affairs should be studied and evaluated.
