- Abstract
Under the backdrop of the Belt and Road Initiative, financial regulatory cooperation among countries along the Belt and Road faces numerous challenges and opportunities. This paper first analyzes the current status of financial regulation in countries along the Belt and Road, and explores existing cooperation models and their deficiencies. Based on this, a cooperation framework tailored to the needs of multiple countries is designed, and corresponding mechanism optimization strategies are proposed. This paper further dissects the main challenges encountered in current institutional practices and puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions. Through a comprehensive discussion of relevant issues, this study provides theoretical support and practical guidance for promoting the construction and optimization of the Belt and Road financial regulatory cooperation mechanism.
