Abstract

In the digital economy era, pharmaceutical distribution enterprises are facing both challenges and opportunities for their development. Promoting industrial transformation and upgrading is the inevitable path for the development of the traditional pharmaceutical distribution industry. How to embark on the path of digital transformation has become an important issue for current pharmaceutical distribution enterprises to consider. Based on this background, this paper selects A-share listed pharmaceutical distribution enterprises in Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets as the research objects, aiming to explore the impact of digital transformation on corporate financial performance and provide some valuable references for the digital transformation development of pharmaceutical distribution enterprises.
