- Abstract
Based on the Conservation of Resources theory, this study explores effective mechanisms that influence employee innovative behavior and job performance. Through empirical analysis of 304 valid questionnaire data collected, the results indicate that: (1) Job crafting has a significant positive impact on employee innovative behavior and job performance, (2) Work engagement partially mediates the effect of job crafting on employee innovative behavior and job performance. This research provides empirical evidence and reasonable suggestions for agricultural enterprises facing transformation and upgrading on how to improve employee innovative behavior and job performance.
