- Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of motivation and employee engagement in mediating the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at Bank Nagari. The population in this study were Bank Nagari employees. The data source used primary data. The number of samples in this study was 465 respondents with a simple random sampling technique. The data analysis method used was the structural equation model with Amos 24. The conclusion of the study is that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on motivation. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement. Motivation has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. Employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with motivation as a mediating variable. Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance with employee engagement as a mediating variable. Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance with employee engagement as a mediating variable.
