Abstract

This research presents an analysis of inclusive economic growth and the depth of poverty as well as the factors that influence them. This research aims to determine (1) the influence of the depth of poverty, investment, health, education and government spending on inclusive economic growth in Indonesia, and (2) the influence of inclusive economic growth, health, education, government spending and the Family Hope Program (PKH) on the depth of poverty in Indonesia. This type of research is descriptive and associative research. This research uses simultaneous panel regression model analysis with the ILS method. The independent variables in this research are inclusive economic growth and depth of poverty. Meanwhile, the dependent variables are investment, health, education, government spending and the Family Hope Program (PKH). The research results concluded that (1) Investment, health and education have a significant and influential effect on inclusive economic growth; (2) The depth of poverty and government spending have a positive and insignificant effect on inclusive economic growth; (3) PKH have a positive and significant effect, inclusive economic growth and health has a negative and significant effect on the depth of poverty; (4) Education and government spending have a positive and insignificant effect on the depth of poverty.
