- Abstract
Under the influence of global climate change, extreme disaster weather in China has become more and more in quantity, frequency and severity. This paper first analyzes the problems and challenges in the practice of extreme weather response in China, then proposes an innovative architecture design of integrated and collaborative governance in extreme weather response, and explains the innovative governance idea of “subject integration, system collaboration, innovation network, and data & scenario driven”. Finally, it proposes a “three threes” method including “three fronts, three synergies, and three echoes” for building integrated and collaborative governance system for extreme weather response, which provides a reference for China’s extreme weather response work.
