Abstract

The intersection of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Data Analytics is revolutionizing education by fostering sustainability, equity and personalized learning. This paper reviews the latest AI-driven innovations that enhance learning experiences, optimize resources and reinforce inclusiveness in education systems. Advanced AI techniques like natural language processing, reinforcement learning and generative AI are transforming traditional learning environments through intelligent tutoring systems, adaptive tests and AI-driven content generation. Besides this, learning analytics with AI offers real-time monitoring of student learning, paving the way for interventions that improve academic outcomes. [3,8,9].

Sustainable inclusive learning of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a key sector that focuses on environmental, social and economic aspects to promote accessible and sustainable access to AI-powered education. This paper discusses the role of AI in education with a focus on energy-efficient algorithms, accessible learning platforms and affordable solutions. By encouraging ethical AI practices with open-source materials and collaborative policy making, the stakeholders can develop learning environments that accommodate diverse learners and reduce environmental impacts. Sustainable AI learning is critical for promoting innovation and creativity in education.

Smart classrooms blend with Internet of things sensors and automation with AI helps to decrease energy wastage. This maximises learning spaces. Sustainable Ed Tech like AI fuelled digital textbooks and VR based interactive learning minimizes paper usage and reduces environmental impacts.

This research identifies the use of AI in an inclusive learning. AI translation software, speech recognition and assistive technologies provide disabled and foreign language students to have access to education.
