Abstract

The rapid advancement of data analytics has revolutionized the tourism and hospitality sectors, transforming them from labor- intensive models into insight-driven industries. While existing research emphasizes the influence of large-scale data analysis on general tourism trends, its role in addressing the needs of travelers with disabilities remains underexplored. This study investigates how intelligent data applications can enhance travel accessibility by analyzing both structured and unstructured information, including user-generated content, social media discourse, booking behaviors, and sentiment analysis. Furthermore, it explores how analytics-driven insights can inform service personalization, infrastructure optimization, and policy development for inclusive tourism. As global aging populations grow and disability prevalence increases, identifying accessibility-focused travel patterns presents a vital opportunity for businesses and decision-makers. By leveraging predictive modeling, machine learning, and AI-powered systems, the hospitality industry can better serve travelers with diverse needs, enhancing both user satisfaction and economic viability. This paper offers a novel lens on the convergence of intelligent data systems, accessibility, and tourism, and provides strategic recommendations for fostering a more inclusive travel landscape.
