- Abstract
This study examines the impact of AI on professional training in Moroccan companies, particularly after increased adoption due to COVID-19. While prior research explores AI’s role in training, little focuses on specific benefits like cost reduction, employee satisfaction, and gender neutrality in Morocco. Interviews with six professionals reveal AI’s technical and social advantages, such as lower costs, reduced training time, improved productivity, and reduced gender bias. AI intervenes in training design, implementation, and evaluation phases. The study highlights key factors for successful AI integration and offers practical recommendations. Its main limitation is the small sample size, calling for future research with broader participation.
