- Abstract
This systematic literature review examines how innovation, digital equity, and global partnerships collectively influence holistic student development in higher education. It identifies a gap in existing research regarding the transformative potential of these interconnected elements. It synthesises findings from peer-reviewed studies, conference papers, and academic texts using a thematic analysis approach. The review highlights that integrating innovative educational practices, equitable digital access, and strategic global collaborations can significantly enhance student learning, engagement, and global competence. Through theoretical perspectives, the study emphasizes the need for higher education institutions to adopt inclusive and globally oriented strategies that prepare students for leadership and active citizenship in an increasingly interconnected world.
