- Abstract
Museum cultural and creative products serve as a vital link between the public and culture, playing a crucial role in cultural dissemination. In recent years, with the rapid advancement of the cultural and creative industries, museum cultural and creative products have increasingly become an essential medium for both cultural promotion and commercial exploitation. However, as the market for museum cultural and creative products expands and design requirements grow, the phenomenon of convergence has become more pronounced, posing a significant challenge to the innovation and market competitiveness of these products. Specifically, this convergence manifests as similarities arising from the mutual imitation of design styles within a given timeframe. Even among museums of different types, the design forms of their cultural and creative products often lack distinctiveness, failing to reflect the unique characteristics and innovative potential of individual museums. This paper systematically investigates the convergence phenomenon in the design of museum cultural and creative products within Jiangxi Province, analyzing its causes, manifestations, and impacts. Furthermore, it proposes corresponding optimization strategies aimed at enhancing the cultural experience for the public while providing theoretical guidance for the innovative development of museum cultural and creative products.
