- Abstract
Objective To analyze design with the method of semiotics, and to explore the application of design semiotics in Japanese design, so as to analyze the value of Japanese design based on design semiotics and the inspiration for the development of Chinese design. Methods The application of design semiotics in Japanese design is mainly analyzed through case analysis. Conclusion Semiotic theory is applied to Japanese design, which reflects the value of semiotics in the field of design.
