Abstract

With the change in people’s lifestyles and the acceleration of population aging, the number of elderly diabetic people in China is increasing, to clarify the emotional needs of users for insulin syringes to enhance the emotional experience of users. Firstly, the three levels of emotional design are used to categorize users’ original needs, according to which KANO questionnaires are compiled and collected; secondly, the quantitative analysis of the attributes of the demand hierarchy is carried out through the Kano model, and the emotional needs are sorted according to the Better-Worse coefficient diagram; finally, the emotional design strategy of insulin syringes is constructed to improve the satisfaction of users’ experience, which provides a reference for the styling design and the development of related APP for insulin syringes. It provides a reference for the styling design of insulin syringes and the development of associated apps.
