We are delighted to present the conference proceedings of AIMBIG Oceania 2025 – Artificial Intelligence in Management for Business and Industrial Growth, in association with National Taipei University of Business, Taiwan, held at University of New South Wales Sydney, Australia, from 16th to 18th May 2025. The major theme of the conference was to highlight the importance and integration of AI into various management practices and disciplines. Over the last few years, the exponential growth of AI has stirred massive discussions and debates over the potential advantages and threats that it might impose on organizations, jobs, work-place dynamics, and even social and personal livelihoods. The conference attempted to create a strong forum for elaborate scholarly insights through papers and presentations from all over the world. The papers covered specific areas like AI in employee engagement, sustainable management, ADHD inclusion, travel ecosystem, business intelligence etc. and they also encompassed general topics on marketing, economics, financial risks and the like.

The conference received nine hundred and twenty two papers, out of which four hundred and six were accepted for presentation and after double peer-review, thirty four were forwarded for publication in the present proceedings. Amongst the published papers, the volume contains seventeen systematic review studies of existing works, ten empirical, and seven model based papers. Each paper underwent a rigorous peer-review process to ensure academic quality, originality, and relevance to the conference theme.

We express our gratitude to all the authors for contributing to the proceeding, special thanks to forty-four reviewers, and the organizing committee for their dedication in making AIMBIG Oceania 2025 a success. We hope that this proceeding will serve as a valuable resource for academics, professionals, and policymakers, inspiring further research and innovation in the application of Artificial Intelligence across management fields.
