Abstract

Poverty is a social and economic problem that is still a challenge in Aceh Province, thus encouraging the government to implement the Livable House program as an effort to fulfill the basic needs of underprivileged communities. The effectiveness of this program is not only seen from the number of units built, but also from the level of satisfaction of beneficiaries in occupying these dwellings as an indicator of success in supporting poverty alleviation programs. This study aims to identify factors that influence the level of satisfaction and measure the level of satisfaction of beneficiary users of the Livable House program in Aceh Besar District using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 55 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The validity test showed that out of 26 indicators, 22 were valid with rcount> rtable (0.226), while the reliability test showed that all indicators were reliable with Cronbach Alpha> 0.6. Based on the results of the study, the Weight Score (WS) value obtained by the main indicators is X2.10 “safe house during earthquakes” and X1.6 “The final design results are in accordance with the plan” with a value of 0.209. However, the indicator X2.7 “availability of gutters” with a WS value of 0.070 with the lowest value. In this study, it was found that the level of satisfaction of recipients of livable houses in Aceh Besar District was classified as very high, with a Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) value of 91.16%. This value reflects the optimal achievement in the implementation of government assistance programs for people in need.
