Abstract

The district of irrigation Krueng Peudada supports food security programs. With a functional area of 467 hectares, significant operational and maintenance costs are required. Currently, district of irrigation Krueng Peudada faces secondary canal damage and inadequate water distribution gates. The analysis of the actual needs for operation and maintenance for district of irrigation Krueng Peudada is necessary to maintain or enhace irrigation conditions. The research reveal that primary canals are in good condition. However, some water distribution structure still lack of gates, hindering optimal water allocation. the actual needs for operation and maintenance for district of irrigation Krueng Peudada irrigation network amounts to Rp.895.591.700, allocated into three main categories: operation and maintenance management costs, irrigation network operation costs, and irrigation network maintenance costs.
