- Abstract
The integration of blockchain, fog computing, offers a transformative approach to secure healthcare data management. This paper proposes a decentralized platform that leverages blockchain for immutability and transparency, with Proof of Authority (PoA) consensus, where fog nodes act as validators, and a Certificate Authority (CA) provides secure user access. The platform addresses critical challenges in healthcare, such as data security, privacy, and real-time processing fog computing for low-latency data processing. Experimental results demonstrate the platform’s effectiveness in reducing latency, enhancing data integrity, and providing scalable solutions for healthcare systems.
