Date: 14-15 April 2025
Location: Chlef, Algeria (Hybrid)

This proceeding brings together the papers presented at AISTC 2025, “the First International Conference on Artificial Intelligence, Smart Technologies and Communications”, held at Hassiba Benbouali University of Chlef (Algeria), from 14 to 15 April 2025. The primary objective of the event was to bring together researchers, academics, doctoral students, and professionals to discuss recent advances in computer science, with a particular focus on artificial intelligence and its numerous applications.

Artificial intelligence, a constantly evolving field, is experiencing remarkable growth in sectors as diverse as healthcare, agriculture, finance, education, and security. The works presented in this volume reflect this diversity and bear witness to the wealth of research underway, whether fundamental, methodological or applied.

The articles published here have undergone a rigorous evaluation process by a scientific committee made up of experts in the field. They were selected on the basis of scientific quality, originality and thematic relevance.

The conference included altogether about four keynote speakers and six sessions, in which there were invaluable presentations by both national and international presenters.

We would like to extend our warmest thanks to all the authors for the quality of their work, to the members of the reading committee for their involvement, and to all the participants in this event, who, through their exchanges, have contributed to making it a moment of sharing and scientific reflection.

We hope that this proceeding will help to nurture future research, stimulate new collaborations and inspire the scientific community around the current issues and challenges in artificial intelligence.
