With the advent of the digital age, there is an increasing demand for professional talents who master computer digital technology in society. Exploring and cultivating outstanding talents with innovative consciousness and hands-on ability has become a key issue. Building an innovative ecological environment for enterprises plays an indispensable role in promoting stable growth and technological innovation. Computer digitalization talents need to be proficient in cutting-edge technologies and cultivate a wide range of skills across different industries to meet the continuous evolution of market demand. This article deeply analyzes the optimization path of the digital talent cultivation system, explains the core elements of building an enterprise innovation ecosystem, and discusses the interactive relationship between talent cultivation and enterprise innovation. Through in-depth analysis of practical challenges, a theoretical basis has been provided for creating an effective talent cultivation model that meets the needs of society and enterprise development.
