- Abstract
Climate change has a profound effect on agriculture, especially in soybean production, resulting in deficits and a rise in imports. In Nganjuk Regency, farmers are experiencing these impacts and can adapt through various strategies. This research aimed to examine farmers’ perceptions of climate change, the factors influencing their adaptation decisions, and the effects of these strategies on productivity. The findings indicate that farmers recognize climate changes as significant, with age, experience, group membership, and perceptions playing a role in their adaptation choices. The adoption of the Wilis soybean variety positively influenced productivity, increasing it by 0.248 tons/ha. Recommendations include fostering farmer regeneration, providing training, encouraging group participation, and ensuring access to climate data.
