Abstract

Experts have conducted this research to explore the effects of artificial intelligence (AI) on office management through its influence on decision-making operations with performance results for employees. The extensive use of artificial intelligence technologies across industries does not extend to its application in office management, particularly in human resource management (HRM). This investigation studies the effects AI has on organizational decision processes and staff quality while creating a conceptual structure that illustrates these relationships. This study utilizes a narrative review method to analyze peer-reviewed publications from Scopus database which were released between 2020 and 2024 about the role of AI in office administration, productivity, decision support and collaboration. This study demonstrates that AI creates better decisions through its ability to generate data-based insights combined with predictive features and robotic automation of tasks. AI delivers improved employee performance through adaptive training together with instant feedback, which leads to more active engagement from staff members. The study demonstrates that organizations can use AI to maximize operational performance levels and worker development yet need strategies to handle data security and employee acceptance issues. This study enriches AI office management scholarships while supplying useful implementation strategies for organizations that implement AI to achieve productivity improvement. Additional investigations should concentrate on AI’s ethical challenges together with its extended impacts across various business structures.
