- Abstract
This paper focuses on the characteristics of the list valuation system of water conservancy projects, and mainly analyzes its unique rules and operation characteristics different from general construction projects. The research shows that the list valuation of water conservancy projects has certain particularity in the aspects of valuation basis, list price, material compensation and contract management mode. These particularities are derived from the complex technical composition, unique industry attributes and specific policy environment of water conservancy projects. Combined with the new version of “Water Conservancy Project Design Estimate ( Estimation) Compilation Regulations” and supporting quota standards implemented in 2025, this paper analyzes its particularity in the valuation of bill of quantities through theoretical interpretation and case practice, so as to provide reference for the industry in specific practice.
