These articles underwent a rigorous peer-review process conducted by leading scholars from the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts, as well as distinguished academics from both national and international institutions. Each article was formally approved by the Editor-in-Chief. The conference was dedicated to the 29th Session of the Conference of the Parties (COP29) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) and was organized under the initiative of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Rector of the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts, Professor Jeyran Mahmudova.
