- Abstract
Due to the long distance and complex terrain, oil and gas pipelines often cross rural roads, highways, railways, etc., which has a great impact on pipeline safety. Based on the calculation model of earth pressure above buried pipeline proposed by Marston, this paper analyzes the force of buried oil and gas pipeline under the common permanent load, heavy truck crushing load, rock collapse of mountain or earth collapse and other accidental loads. At the same time, the calculation method of pipeline deformation under corresponding load is put forward to judge whether the pipeline fails.
