The 3rd International Conference on Digital Economy and Management Science (CDEMS 2025) was successfully held from April 18 to 20, 2025, in Wuhan, China. As a high-level academic platform, the conference brought together more than 100 experts, scholars, and professionals from universities, research institutions, and enterprises around the world. This year’s conference received 179 high-quality submissions from researchers worldwide, reflecting the growing global attention to the intersection of digital economy and management science. Following a rigorous peer-review process by the technical program committee, 86 outstanding papers were selected for inclusion in this proceedings volume. The accepted papers cover a diverse yet interconnected range of topics, showcasing the latest advances in areas such as digital industrial transformation, intelligent decision-making, financial technology, platform governance, and data-driven business models. These studies not only highlight the increasing integration of digital technologies into economic and managerial processes, but also reveal the emerging interdisciplinary nature of research in this field. By drawing upon theories and meth ods from economics, computer science, and organizational studies, the presented works demonstrate how digital innovation is reshaping traditional management paradigms and offering novel solutions for sustainable development, policy optimization, and enterprise competitiveness.

The success of CDEMS 2025 was further enriched by the presence of several distinguished speakers whose academic contributions spanned key areas of the digital economy and management science. Prof. Huaping Sun (University of Science and Technology Beijing, China) shared insights into energy economy and sustainable development; Prof. Wenke Zang (Shandong Normal University, China) presented research on intelligent computing and information management. International perspectives were brought by Prof. Dr. Md.
