- Abstract
With the vigorous development of fresh food e-commerce’s pre-warehouse, how to reduce costs and increase efficiency has become an urgent difficulty to be solved in the operation mode of pre-warehouse. Now, taking the picking strategy of the fresh food e-commerce forward warehouse as the optimization object, first, the storage locations are planned based on the characteristics of the goods in the forward warehouse, the frequency of outbound and the purchase correlation degree. Then, the picking route strategy is optimized based on the mileage saving algorithm, thereby achieving the goal of reducing the total operating cost, saving the total process time and improving the response speed to customers.
