Website: https://www.conf-clec.org/ The 2025 3rd International Conference on Language, Innovative Education and Cultural Communication (CLEC 2025) was successfully held in Kunming, China, from March 28th to 30th, 2025. This annual gathering brought together a diverse and dynamic community of scholars, educators, and practitioners from around the world. With over 50 participants in attendance—surpassing the number of accepted papers—the conference fostered an engaging environment for academic exchange and collaboration. A total of 84 manuscripts were submitted to CLEC 2025, and following a meticulous peer-review process, 42 high-quality papers were selected for presentation and inclusion in the conference proceedings. The accepted papers reflect the conference’s interdisciplinary nature, encompassing a wide array of topics such as language acquisition and teaching strategies, technology-enhanced education, cross-cultural communication and identity, digital humanities, educational policy and practice, as well as innovative models in lifelong learning and global education development. These contributions represent significant advancements in both theoretical frameworks and practical applications within the fields of language, education, and cultural communication. The conference featured a distinguished lineup of six keynote speakers who enriched the event with diverse academic insights. Prof. Andrea L. Baldini (Nanjing University, China) explored graffiti as a form of aesthetic and political education, while Prof. Kedong Liu (Harbin Institute of Technology, China) discussed identity and cognition in Native North American literature. Three scholars from Beijing Language and Culture University—Prof. Shengli Feng, Prof. Zhonggen Yu, and Prof. Xianglan Chen—shared expertise on Chinese prosodic grammar, intelligent language education, and cognitive linguistics, respectively, offering a multifaceted view of language research and pedagogy. Lecturer Jiajia Tu (Shenzhen Polytechnic of Information Technology, China) presented on entrepreneurial education in vocational colleges, emphasizing innovation and technology in student development. Together, their contributions set a high academic tone and sparked lively discussions throughout the conference. The CLEC 2025 agenda included a balanced combination of keynote speeches, oral presentations, and interactive discussions, creating a stimulating environment for academic exchange. Participants had the opportunity to engage with emerging ideas, establish international collaborations, and explore the diverse challenges and innovations at the intersection of language, education, and culture. We extend our sincere gratitude to all contributors of CLEC 2025—authors, speakers, reviewers, session chairs, and attendees—whose efforts and enthusiasm made the event both successful and memorable. Special thanks also go to the organizing committee for their dedication in coordinating the program and logistics. It is our hope that CLEC 2025 continues to serve as a catalyst for new insights, enduring partnerships, and meaningful contributions to the future of global education and communication.
