Abstract

In the era of artificial intelligence, the right to voice lacks dedicated legislation. There are also no clear regulations for ruling on AI-generated voice infringement cases. This article analyzes the personal rights dispute between Yin Mouzhen and a Beijing-based intelligent technology company. It discusses the criteria for judging if AI-generated voice use infringes voice rights, the identification of responsible parties, and compensation for such infringements, and it also offers legislative and judicial recommendations to protect personal voice rights in the context of AI.
