Abstract

Overseas UHV project construction faces complex and differentiated environmental challenges. Continuously summarize the practical experience of UHV DC project construction management in overseas regions and transform it into a guiding management model, which will help improve the quality and efficiency of overseas UHV DC project management. This study summarizes the typical construction management practices of State Grid Corporation of China’s overseas UHV DC projects, and refines the typical experience in project construction management from five aspects: strategy, technology, management, risk, and brand, laying the foundation for the institutional solidification of management experience.
