Abstract

Aiming at the disconnection of the education chain, talent chain, industrial chain and innovation chain as well as the insufficient integration of emerging technologies in higher vocational education, this study proposes an innovative teaching reform system oriented to the industrial upgrading of new energy battery intelligent equipment in Guangdong. A systematic reform framework featured with four-chain integration driving and four-reality plus three-innovation supporting is constructed and implemented. This research establishes a closed-loop collaborative mechanism covering industrial demand orientation, educational agile response, talent quality support and innovative technology feedback. With digital twin and artificial intelligence technologies as core empowerment tools, the study reconstructs a 2+5+N modular curriculum system, builds a virtual-real integrated three-in-one training platform based on cloud computing, and adopts a four-stage progressive practical training path and project-driven teaching mode. Practical verification shows that the proposed reform system effectively narrows the skill gap between vocational college students and industrial post requirements. Students’ comprehensive practical and innovative abilities are significantly improved, and the pre-job training cycle of graduates is shortened by more than 60%. The research results effectively solve the talent supply-demand mismatch problem in the intelligent manufacturing industry, and provide a replicable and promotable practical paradigm for the digital transformation of higher vocational education.
